Espanyol’s form is not ideal, with the home side losing four of their last five competitive games, the most shocking being their 0-2 elimination from the Copa del Rey by regional powerhouse Barbastro.

The aforementioned defeat didn’t go down well with coach González, who leaned on his charges, and that’s definitely one of the last things the team really missed. The atmosphere in the team hasn’t been ideal for some time, which is related to the relegation places. However, the Barcelona club can still do the job at home. It has won four out of seven matches and has a positive score in front of its fans.

Only Puad, who has been dragging Espanyol in previous years, is scoring goals, but he has also lost a bit of productivity among the elite. Osasuna is fighting for the European Cups, but in the last rounds they have made things difficult for themselves by failing to win four times in a row. One defeat and three draws at least excuses the fact that the team’s lot wasn’t exactly easy (Real, Sevilla, Villarreal, Alavés). Since the beginning of the season, Osasuna can rely on the experienced Ante Budimir, who has already scored ten times and is the third top scorer in La Liga. He has confirmed his good form in recent weeks, scoring in the previous four competitive matches (league + cup), but he is often alone in his efforts, which is a minus.

What to bet on:

Mutual duels of both teams speak quite clearly, 3 out of 4 measurements of strength ended in a draw, a clean draw is not a bad option, a safer option is a zero in the double chance, i.e. a reconciliation at half-time or at the end of the match.
