Sevilla has managed to score in five of the last six league rounds (2-3-1). Only Barcelona (1-4), the current league leader, was above its strength. However, after that heavy defeat, Sevilla recovered from a 4-0 win at Valladolid in the last round, and will now look to confirm their three points from away in Monday’s match against Mallorca.

The islanders also won the previous round (3-1 to Las Palmas), but they cannot boast good form otherwise. The aforementioned triumph over the Canary Islands broke a long six-match winless streak (0-1-5) that forced Mallorca to leave the cup. Before the start of the 25th round, Mallorca was in seventh place.

What to bet on:

At first glance, there is a significant table gap between the two rivals (13th vs 7th place), but Sevilla and Mallorca are only three points apart. Sevilla are currently in better form and will have the home advantage on their side. Moreover, it has done well against Mallorca, scoring in eight of its last nine games (5-3-1). However, it may be safer to insure the number one spot with a ‘no draw’ bet.
