After two rounds played, Líšeň has settled at the top of the second league thanks to the best score it accumulated on Sunday in Žižkov, where it won clearly 4:1.

They will welcome another team from the capital in Wednesday’s inserted round at home, where they previously played a goalless draw with Zlín. The team from the Brno suburb could have easily beaten the favourite, but the goal structure saved the Czechs twice. In any case, Líšeň has long confirmed its belonging to the second league above average, in modest semi-professional conditions it can make the most of the minimum and move its players into the first league.

Slavie’s B team has better conditions, after an immediate return to the second league, the club does not want to repeat the same mistakes as in the 2022/23 season, after which they were relegated to the CFL. The most talented youngsters remain in Eden, with the team complemented by the crafty Kolář in goal and Milan Škoda at the top. On Saturday, Sšívan’s youth team managed a home derby with Sparta (2:1), now they go away, where in the opening round they crumbled 1:3 at the field of Taborsk.

The opening two rounds have shown that Slavie’s juniors will not be boring and will score goals. The spectators will see at least three of them on Wednesday in Lišně.
