The Oilers are slowly but surely getting into shape. On Tuesday night, Edmonton travels to Montreal, who hasn’t done well since the start of the season. It’s true that they picked up two wins last week against Buffalo and Columbus, but otherwise this team’s performance has been very poor. The Canadiens have lost seven of nine games since the end of October and are in last place in the Eastern Conference with a 51:71 record. Only Chicago is weaker in the league with 13 points.
