The new edition of the Europa League has a batch of opening nine matches on Wednesday. Nice and Real Sociedad, among others, will face each other from 9pm. The duel does not have a clear paper favourite.

Nice is in seventh place in the French Ligue 1 after five rounds of play. The club from San Sebastian has scored just three goals so far. On the other hand, it has only seven goals conceded, which, despite its unflattering position, indicates one of the better defences.

What to bet on:

This year’s Real Sociedad encounters could be described as boring with a bit of exaggeration. The Spaniards are not scoring, while not conceding many finishes on their own goal. The clash with Nice could be a typical draw. If you bet on a double chance, you can celebrate at nice odds possibly after half-time. I don’t think we can expect any offensive throws here.
