After thirteen years, Pardubice and Kometa meet in the final of the Extraliga, the first final for Brno since 1971. The title was celebrated by Dynamo, who won the series 4:2. A few players still remember it, on the Pardubice side forwards Rákos, Radil, Kousal, on the Brno side Hynek Zohorna.
